IUI needs to plan on the day of ovulation... so once you are sure on sonography that it's done.. Need to give semen sample The semen preparation takes at least 45 min Once its ready it takes 5 min for insemination
Doctor will give you drugs for induction of ovulation from day 3 of periods Need to go for follicular study from day 9 or 10th of periods ..alternate day till ovulation, on the day of ovulation doctor will do IUI
It varies from patient to patient.. some patients conceive in the very first cycle but in a few cases of unexplained infertility, it takes 6 months also.
